Craving One of the Best Sandwiches in Sydney? Tiny’s Has You Covered

Tucked away on Clarence Street, Tiny’s Sandwich Bar is a hidden gem serving some of the best sandwiches in Sydney’s CBD. And when I say big - I mean bring-a-fork-and-wet-wipes big. As someone who’s been here a few times, I knew exactly what I was in for: flavour-packed, generously stuffed sandwiches that are anything but, well, tiny.

A Slice of Comfort in Sydney's CBD

From the moment you step into Tiny’s, there’s a cool, laid-back vibe that makes you forget you're ordering a sandwich and not 2x Tommy's Margs... Whether you’re grabbing a takeaway or sitting down with mates after work, Tiny’s has the just-right vibe: relaxed, welcoming, and just busy enough to feel like you’ve found a local favourite or your go-to work lunch spot.

What We Ordered:

Crumbed Chicken Sandwich – $19

Crispy, juicy, and packed with flavour, this sandwich was a solid hit. The crumbed free-range chicken breast was beautifully cooked, golden and crunchy without being greasy, and paired with Provolone, butter lettuce, sweet chilli sauce, and mayo. The sweet-and-creamy combo worked like a charm, and the bread? Soft and massive; a running theme at Tiny’s. You’re guaranteed a full bite every time.

Burrata & Prosciutto Sandwich – $25 (Personal Favourite)

This one stole the show. San Daniele prosciutto and La Stella burrata are a match made in sandwich heaven. Add in fresh Roma tomato, rocket, basil pesto, and a touch of aioli, and you've got yourself a lunch worth writing about. The balance between creamy, salty, and herby was perfection, and at $25, it still felt like excellent value considering the premium ingredients.

A sandwich with greens and tater tots on a white plate in a restaurant setting. The bread is crusty; golden tots add a warm contrast.

Tater Tots – $5.50

Who can resist a side of golden, crispy tater tots? Perfectly seasoned, piping hot, and ridiculously addictive. The perfect sidekick.

☕ Coffee, Cocktail, Wine? Your pick.

I paired my lunch with an oat piccolo, and honestly, it was delicious. Smooth, strong, and well-balanced; Tiny’s clearly takes their coffee seriously. Whether you’re a flat white kind of person or a piccolo sipper like me, their coffees are on point.

One unexpected bonus? Tiny’s has a bar. So if you're heading in for a late lunch or kicking off your evening with a bang, they’ve got you sorted with their signature cocktails, wine, and beer on tap. It’s a smart little addition that makes this place stand out in a city full of sandwich shops.

The Verdict: One of the Best Sandwiches in Sydney? Absolutely.

For central Sydney, Tiny’s is offering seriously great value. Big sandwiches, premium ingredients, and a setting that feels both trendy and comfortable, it ticks all the boxes. Whether you’re popping in on your lunch break or catching up with a friend over a cheeky cocktail, Tiny’s hits the mark!
